Obstruction of justice such as evidence tampering and conspiring with Red Riding Hood to hide a body are still serious crimes, nevermind the attempted framing.

yeah hans isn't gonna be missed and it do was self defense, but pinning the crime on someone else even if that person is a piece of shit was just too much

If we assume that this world has some level of equal rights, if she didn't attempt to hide the body and frame an innocent then it would probably not have been any type of issue. Of course her stealing from her stepmother would still be a problem but self defense is usually permitted.
