And even if you had one, better re-think it few times and abandon it.friendly reminder you just don't cross the evil prime Minister without a good plan
Well, this is Part 4 of the arc, and according to the raw site it goes up to Part 10 -- so the entirety of Volume 4, and into Volume 5.I was starting to get a little frustrated over the prolonged status quo change in the story, but at least the ending teased that things are moving along in the background. I mean, how many more chapters are we going to get of people wanting to take advantage of an amnesiac Celestine lol
I'm pretty sure its the brother (siscon). So… Lou is very obviously the guy who messed with her memory isn’t he?

I'm glad that you were able to dig deeper than I was able to. I was hoping to glean at least a little information from the raw site as spat out by Google Translate -- but then the total chapter numbers started to not match up and I realized at that point I might start to get in over my head.Ooooh boy... You might be slightly under what it really is. Your comment made me look to confirm it, and this is the index of volume 5 of the manga:

Meaning some of the previous web chapters probably contain multiple real parts. No clue why they did it this way.
Either way, this is gonna be a long wait for me... I've put it on hold when I saw that for some reason there was a "Part 1" in the title but I didn't anticipate such an incredible number of parts. I'll just put it completely on hold and read it from the start in Japanese when it's completely finished and released in volumes.
