Is it me or was this chapter weirdly incomprehensible and there’s that missing box on page nine. Almost as if it was just passed through a mtl and not proofread before being uploaded. Based on the context I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to say something like Gloria’s moms room, and the rest of the dialogue felt weirdly broken.

The "missing box" is likely just a marker for scene transition and is deliberately empty. Secondly while it can be easy to conflate the two, it's not a case of MTL, but rather ESL.

She may speak like a true villainess now but she is getting warmer and warmer toward A-ko. Even if she is set on revenge right now there is a chance she might get soft over time because of A-ko's influences. Which is a good thing as no real person who experienced death like that would just go over it like it did not happen.

I do wonder will swap of control over body will happen in the future at some point? It seems that despite sharing the same body A-ko cannot hear or see everything that Gloria thinks and vice-versa. Will make for some interesting crashouts at some points later on.

This was a weird one. On one hand this chapter establishes that Gloria "relentlessly" bullied Cindy, on the other hand Cindy behaved like the classic evil stepmother trope herself. So who was the one in power and control between the both of them?

I take both stances to be true, somewhat. Gloria (in A-ko's game story version and Gloria's past life version) genuinely did "bully" Cindy, but it was out of retaliation.

Oooh, grateful for the translation, but that is hard to read. I don't want to accuse them of using AI, but if they're doing it naturally then that means the translator of the team is not actually that fluent in Japanese themselves. I checked the original webnovel to figure out what they're actually saying because this translation is wonky. The dialogue should have said "Uncle said that person should not be allowed inside the house". Not that someone is forbidding the uncle from coming. And the dad then says "That's your mother's fault".
But the room trashing part is not in the novel (or maybe it's in another chapter) so I can't figure out that part.

I'm not sure, I have no problem understanding the bad grammar sentences.
No comment on this chapter story itself, just a loli get her room trashed by her daddy and she wonder what she can do about it.. something that actually can be done in just 3 pages.

I can deal with bad grammar, but some of the dialogue just makes no sense because parts of it are incorrect translation.

Maybe because the game was from the saint’s perspective, it’s viewed as bullying because Cindy saw nothing wrong with her behavior.
