Regarding the note at the end about page 25, "moteoora" the word is most likely a conjugation of the word "moteru" - to be popular and the english word "aura" written as "oora".
"oozing mote-aura" then basically means to come off as someone who'd be very naturally popular, both in terms of looks and demeanor.
If you want to be a bit derogative you could translate it as "popular kid aura" as I imagine it's a term that would mostly come up in a school setting.
