I saw this very recently, looking into it and saw the Japanese raw there's only 1 chapter that released 6 days ago, next chapter in 3 weeks.

Yes, this is a new manga, and from what I can tell the first chapter released simultaneously in English and Japanese. I hope that continues to be the case with all new chapters.
