I bet he is the ML, he's in the title after all and persistently shows up in front of her. I hate him, and not just because I'm gay.

Reminds me of another manga where the FL was banished to demon realm by the man she loved for the sake of her sister, and then his descendants shows up looking exactly like him and being all holier than thou and high on the rumours about her being some evil witch. Both of these are "romance" by way of managing the emotions of a haughty young prick and teaching him that women he doesn't like also deserve basic human respect.

sigh I am fine with the first part (as stated before). Now if only he'd actually reflect and draw consequences besides constantly getting on her nerves. Dude has got way too much time on hand for a royal and I am quite sure he doesn't supervise all S-rank adventurers that closely.
