It runs in Morning 2. Its own publisher classifies it as seinen. That doesn't mean it can't have cross-over appeal - and I'd say that the "Morning" imprint from Kodansha in particular isn't quite so obviously mono-gendered in its content - but seinen is a marketing term, not one solely about content.
