All follows gone

After re-verifying my account, all my follows are gone now. Is there a way to get them again/backup? Thanks.

@Luxniom I don't know what you mean by re-verifying, but looking at a database backup from a month ago, your account (ID 30984) didn't seem to have any follows to begin with.
