I didn't see this in the planned and rejected post.

A situation where removing a rating could be deemed necessary:

Accidentally rating (not very likely but who knows)
A sudden turn in the plot causing you to drop the manga (but you don't want to drop it to a 1)
I can't think of anymore... If anyone has any additional reason please let me know.

TBH This is solely to help my OCD.

Honestly, it is always simply better to not grade a manga til it is actually completed. This way, you can avoid these situations. I have probably 1400 (yea, I know) combined between currently reading, completed, and "dropped" (not updated within recent history in English). Around 400 of them are completed, and the only ones I have rated since I know that sometimes a manga can start off then turn great, and vice versa. Just feels like a more honest opinion if you wait til the end rather than your immediate impression after the first few chapters (not counting one-shots of course). Of course, I do consider the ranking as a way to score the scanlation teams as well, since if they do poorly, then what could be a great manga ends up suffering as a result of poor effort (like some infamous Google-translate using groups that shall remain un-named). As far as I know, you are at least able to change the score at anytime, assuming your feeling about a manga has changed.

Nah, you should be able to remove a rating. Imagine if you couldn't unfollow something, and could only set it to "Dropped". You mis-click and now something has been permanently added to a list on your profile.

Here's hoping that's one of the things slated for v5.
