OS Development is... EXTREMELY challenging. I dunno how much the author knows about Linux, but having Brett wear a Linux Tee is good support for his statement. Doing your own Linux Kernel modules or device drivers is a great place to START getting your head around OS development.

Not much to say on this one except I hope Kouno gets a bit more time with Brett. Also I hope he and Edo develop a friendship, they seem like they'd get along well.

I also agree about past trauma or it could be some irrational prejudice. Though I wouldn't rule out something about asexuality.
