Pure slapstick this chapter!
As a tech nerd, I enjoy seeing the computers and other gadgets evolve through the course of the story. You can tell that this is 1990s thing just by the computers used in various scenes.
Interestingly, the computer on Yumika's desk in the title page appears to be a 1984-85 vintage 9" Macintosh. It could also possibly be a Mac Color Classic from a few years later, from about 10y earlier than when the story appears to be set.
For comparison's sake, the computer Miya was using in her 'out of the shower and checking her email in the nude scene' in previous chapters is a Power Mac G3, which was a late 1990s thing, out about the same time as the 'Gummy' iMacs in the late 90s.
For those unfamiliar with the tech involved, it's about the same distance as between an IBM PC AT and a Pentium 2. That said, those early Macs were absolutely workhorses, and saw commercial use well into the 90s, so it's not completely untenable for a secretary to be using one as her workstation. A CEO's secretary would probably be using something newer, though.
(The OG Macintosh used a Motorola 68000 cpu and shipped with less than a megabyte of RAM. Getting one network connected was doable, but difficult, especially since they don't multi-task well, if at all. The IBM Power 3 cpu found in the G3 machines and first-gen iMacs is roughly equivalent to maybe a Pentium 2 or 3.)
