I really like Yohira's personality
I think the series does a good job of making Yohira have as much agency as possible given where the story puts her, despite the fact that this is a romantasy and it is required for Jiu to save her and make dashing declarations about how she should never do anything for herself because He Will Protect Her (I like Jiu, but seriously...). Yes, she's inevitably going to be in a more passive role as a "sacrifice", but she regularly does what she can to solve problems herself or volunteer to do so.
