@eyas I doubt it. Last chapters the tonttu we got the name of, 'Kolmio', means 'triangle' in Finnish. Similarly, 'Pallo', another named tonttu in this chapter, means 'ball', so nelo/nelio here most likely means 'square' (square=neliö in Finnish). The author is giving geometric names to the tonttu... Also, Liina is a common name for girls in Finnish, and as you said , it means cloth...
