AFAICT, they only started drawing nipples in here and Renai Flops. Outside of a barely updated fanbox I can't find any other doujin material. I don't think it's that deep, author just isn't experienced in drawing nipples yet. Stick to what you know for now and expand and you get more experience under your belt.

I think it's a shame that every author who isn't drawing godly art is being accused of AI these days. Sometimes it's just a limit of the artist.
