The biologist in me thinks technology in this world advanced so much that the actual mechanised parts of Nadeshiko are the skeleton, internal organs and all things related to the nervous system in a way.
While other things like skin, hair, muscles or even fat (to get the squishy softness :3) are actually made through a previous implantation, growth and differentiation of stem cells (maybe with an automatic system of specific growth factors/differentiation factors secretion).
Basically replicating how human body works (and it'd make sense that instead of sweat it's cooling liquid... Sweat is our cooling liquid)
