Normally i would say "STOP HAVING CHILDREN!!!" But then i remember there's no contraception here

Ouch. Two infants died in a row. Not enough doctors? Would advise her not to have anymore children, but impossible since not many children survived through adulthood at that time.

Good guy, it's like the elders say: when you have many children, you can't expect that at least one of them will go and light their candles ahead of time. But damn, now losing two children in a row is enough to break anyone emotionally.
