it was about a "monster" that eats at a one man cafe daily.

She is it's only customer. She looks human but has a mouth that goes back to the back of her jaw and a boat load of sharp teeth. She always eats facing away from the owner until one day he happens to see her mouth. He ends up making her a special request, a really huge burger I think. Then convinces her to keep coming back with special requests.
