Any manga with a Elf FL, without harem / lovetriangles

I'm looking for a manga romance with an Elf FL, but that comes most of the time with a harem sadly. While searching, it tends to be difficult since unfortunately, we don't have an elf tag.
Something like https://mangadex.org/title/32912/welcome-to-japan-elf-san would be the best, although I would prefer without the isekai /battle/action part.
Preferably a seinen (also, let's not forget to avoid any shota or loli stuff)

@CBFlap the one you mention is the one that came to mind for me. Can't think of others that don't have harems.

You might try looking through this list. It excludes harem, includes romance and elf/ves. However that doesn't mean it is the main focus. But you can probably filter out some more by reading the descriptions. If you want you can also filter out things like adult, smut, ....

@schlo Thanks for the feedback. I use sometimes bakaupdates search but sadly you can't exclude tags, which would be great in that case to exclude love triangles crap.
Oh well, I will look into it, doesn't seem to have too many results

on another note, why would I filter out smut with a female elf? That sounds like an absolute win

@CBFlap by tags are you talking about categories? You can exclude them.

Here is a list with the category Love Triangle/s excluded. Notice the 1/2 prince title is gone. Unfortunately it only removes about 6 or so.
