Anyone’s phone lose charge while plugged in?

I plugged my phone in to charge at 5%.

It went this way:

1. 5%
2. 12%
3. 10%
4. 9%
5. 8%
6. 6%
7. 5%

Yea my battery’s toast isn’t it
