What I don't understand is why they can't use Team As training methods for Team B.
Wouldn't the transition be much easier and improve Team Bs overall abilities on top of that?

Theyre doing the same excercise, it gets significantly harder as the tempo/intensity gets upped which is the difference in level between team A and B.

The two balls thing is the same, its just another way of increasing the tempo/intensity
