I don't know why... but my mind focused on "car" in page 25 and i noticed the wheels turned in a way that is not possible, BUT... knowing this manga, in my mind, i imagine that simply the axle have a much mroe advanced design than we have nowadays, and it is able to make that 90(?) degrees turn to allow much more maneuverability.
