I posted my theory in Tumblr, but I believed just as there was a priest, there was a sacrifice, and that was Yuri's older brother. Midori knows about it cause she was probably conceived in order to replace her brother. Yuri is also supposed to give her first born, in this case the ghost Aono/Yuri pregnancy symbolizing it, and this is all about Kubinashi trying to be reborn.
