Don't think they were talking about the MC. As she was monologuing in her head, there were six total Degenerators Annihilators. Of which there were members of both genders. So it is possible the person she is talking about is someone other then the MC.

Yup, translation by this group has always been rough.

The chickens killed the raptor boss, not the other way around.
In fact the comment about there being 3 bosses was that after the 2nd boss raptor's body get dropped in, they notice there's a 3rd dead while paralyzed from the poison feather i.e. that was also the chicken's work.

Zelos constantly being referred as she.
Even on page 13 where Iris say that the person she admires is another person among the Annhilators (the fuck is this degenerator shit) she didn't mention the person's gender.

Orc's KING somehow getting twisted to 'gishig' (again, the fuck is that)
