apparently, coordinators program new movements for their MS on the fly, or so I've heard. this makes it so that naturals have to work with the bare minimum of programmed movement options for an MS until they solve it in the creation of the Strike Dagger and the improvement of the G.U.N.D.A.M. OS.

Unrelated, but the more I read this manga, the more I found the fact that this Haman looks more like she's about 20 despite being actually 30ish, while her OG counterpart is kinda the way around amusing

So, Natural from Seed is the actual Untermensch of the whole Gundam franchise? Even the non-Newtype MS pilots from the original MSG timeline can become an Ace MS pilot that can challenge NT pilots from time to time.

I don't know how you got this far without picking up on it, but this whole series is pretty much a parody alternate universe of the Gundam series. Pretty much every character here is plucked from the original series and their characters are loosely adapted to fit the now comedy/slice of life setting.

Roux is more or less Judau's implicit love interest in the original series. So now that Judau is taking more spotlight, of course Roux, another character closely associated with him in the original series, will now also make an entrance in this series.

that's because Aces get the software guys (or with some exceptions, themselves) to program new maneuvers into their MS in between each sortie. that's how the Char Kick was created, probably.
