as long as you forget the horrible starvation and desperate humans, this seems like a really comfy life lmao. Constant winter, the ability to literally create your own food, sufficient heating... I mean, if I had the choice between living my life now, sweating my ass and ruining my body to make a living, and living the main character's life... It'd be a hard choice given the horrible conditions that'll inevitably appear later on but I love winter, so I'd probably choose his lol
