Yeah, that’s why I like about this MC he’s cautious. Sure he wanted to help homeless Joe, but he wasn’t sure if he could trust him yet but once he found out that he could, he brought him into the fold and now he knows and I hope that the one who man handled him is the nurse also out of curiosity what was that manhuaHopefully this injury is the key to getting the cute doctor lady with the obvious super strength power to join the group.
She deserves to have a good life.
In other news, I tried reading another manhua with a practically identical theme to this one (sudden ice age, regressor with a power, hoards supplies, armors apartment, gets revenge, etc.), but holy fuck could I not stand the MC. Unlike the MC in this one who is being cautious, but also letting people he trusts in on his secret, the MC of that one was an unrepentant bastard, proudly flaunting his supplies and shooting people with rusty arrows to purposely have them die in agony from infection. He even coerces the female doctor character into basically becoming his slave in return for supplies and safety.
It was so bad I had to drop it. I much prefer this one.
It was called "Freezing the World: I Built a Doomsday Safehouse." I really don't recommend it, especially compared to this. They try to make you sympathize with the MC in the beginning by showing him in the original timeline getting dismembered while still alive in order to be eaten, but man, that sympathy wears out real quick when the guy keeps being an unrepentant bastard.Yeah, that’s why I like about this MC he’s cautious.
