This chapter reminded me of an urban legend from the northeast of Brazil called.

A mulher da capa preta
(The Woman in the Black Cape)

It was a cold, rainy night when a taxi driver was driving around the city looking for passengers. It was late, and the streets were almost deserted. It was then that he saw, standing on the sidewalk under a dim streetlight, a mysterious woman dressed in a black cape and a long, dark veil covering her face.

She took her hand away, hailed the taxi. She stopped it and asked where the driver wanted to go. In a low, soft voice, she replied:

"To the cemetery, please."

The taxi driver thought it was strange, but didn't ask any questions. During the journey, I tried to start a conversation, but the woman remained silent, motionless. The only sound in the car was the rain hitting the glass.

When she arrived at the cemetery, the woman handed the taxi driver a folded banknote and got out of the car without saying anything. He waited a moment, but when he looked in the rearview mirror, he saw no one else. Curious and restless, he got out of the car and walked to the cemetery gate, looking inside.

It was then that a chill ran down his spine. Amidst the tombstones, he saw the woman's black cloak disappearing among the graves. Confused and frightened, he looked at the bill he was holding... and felt his blood run cold: the bill was old, yellowed, and in place of the printed amount, there was an inscription:

"Thank you for taking me home."

The next day, still disturbed, the taxi driver told his story to some friends at the bar. An elderly man listened attentively and asked:

"Did the woman wear a black cloak and a veil?"

The taxi driver confirmed, and the old man sighed:

"That woman died years ago. They say that every rainy night, she takes a taxi back to the cemetery... but she never pays with worldly money."

Desde então, o taxista nunca mais trabalhou à noite, e muitos motoristas têm evitado pegar passageiros sozinhos nas ruas escuras. Afinal, você nunca sabe quando a Mulher da Capa Preta pode precisar de uma carona "para casa"...

(Sorry for the spelling mistakes, and no I don't speak English and this is just a direct translation from Google.)

This one and the train chapter were made into the anime in a weird way. That it felt like they were going for a "furry arc".
