Thanks for picking this up, guess we don't have a 'revenge' tag but i suppose a psych tag might be fitting, interesting designs, usually the 'innocent' one would be switched or so and the main chara with the wavy black hair would be more of a 'villain' if that's not the twist lol (if not some fucked up toxic yuri thing even tho she's willing to be pregnant lol)

These long strip josei manga can get wild sometimes lol (interesting that it's split into pages or so, i guess it's easier in some cases on MD but usually it'd be one long chapter lol)

But yeah revenge aspects aside on some 'sociopath/psycho charas ruining lives' don't always focus on one person/has multiple arcs of someone causing chaos or so

I have expect the male 'friend' to also secretly be in love with her/some kinda yandere (if not some unrequited love also planning to ruin her life, if not like some gay side support chara, not that straight platonic opposite gender friends can't exist, but if the husband 'doubted'/got jealous i imagine it'd benefit akira too )
