I read this with no expectations outside of "hey this'll probably be some edgy fun". I got a pleasant surprise. This is a grounded well-paced revenge story with a good bit of intrigue. The MC is written well enough that I want to root for him getting his revenge.

A very contrived premise and lots of deus ex machina with an amazingly stupid main character. Someone who hates him randomly introduces him to a lawyer a few hours before he gets framed for a crime and he decide to trust the guy.
The lawyer says to plead guilty to a murder charge so that the judge will like him and free him, and he believes it.
At this point the I'm rooting against the main character. There's stupid, and then there's this guy where I find it impressive that he remembers to breathe and not suffocate himself.
Then we get to prison and some random prisoner who apparently has control over half the prison decides to help out the main character for no reason, offering him 50 billion in crypto, information on leads of who framed him (though for that literally just think for 5 seconds and he'd figure out that his friend who drugged him shortly before it happened, and is friends with the guy who set up the fake lawyer is the one who framed him), and a way out of the prison.
