I have no idea what this is. So it's like a game which got an anime and manga?

I was going to comment on what an edgy ass vampire this is but then I saw his... rehearsal? And I wasn't expecting that reaction from her lol.

That does seem to be the consensus, at least with people who played the game (some didn't even know it was adapted from a game). The main fault of the anime is ultimately being a sequel to a teil that most people can't play. Even if you played the game you'd still be missing context, and the anime does a poor job at providing that context and it just leaves you with a feeling of unfamiliarity that is hard to ignore.
It doesn't help that the anime speedruns through the Reiweiss mansion mystery which all 4 volumes of this manga are entirely dedicated to.

As for Uchiyama Kouki, you'll probably recognize him as the voice of Meruem in Hunter X Hunter or Shigaraki in Boku no Hero Academia, but as someone who started scanlating because of Yu-Gi-Oh I'll always remember him for voicing Tenjo Kaito in Zexal and Arc-V (where he was nothing short of amazing), or more recently Albaz in Card Game: The Chronicles. I'm always excited to hear him in new things so hearing him voicing a character already liked was a welcome surprise (and by "welcome surprise" I mean I literally screamed when I heard his voice)
