Based on the dialogue in the first chapter, he's probably 30 or early thirties.

To be fair is pretty normal for teenagers to have older crushes.
There's always THAT student who has a crush on THAT teacher, for example. And that's fine if it stays just as a crush.
This is a manga though, not real life, so I wouldn't really mind if this ends up with them being a couple, though I doubt it will happen.

Yep, I had missed or forgot that.
From how the dialogue goes doesn't look translated incorrectly and she called him 30 when he is younger.
We'll see how it goes, anyway for Japan a difference of 10 years is accepted, and as this is a healing manga aimed to adults working is a possible development.
