The JP says (黒髪) Kurokami, which actually means black hair. But maybe dark blue is within the acceptable range of what would qualify as "black hair" in JP Lol. Regardless I see no harm in tweaking it to be more in line with canon

very deep blue just like the night sky is (when you're not in the middle of heavy air pollutants that's the only place where it's black and not midnight blue)
