I don't really like this dude, unless there will be some revelation about him.

He said the girl is dear to him even though he likes her for her looks and only spent 2 hours with her, and like the girl said, he didn't even defend her when his friends insulted her. The girl obviously don't want to meet him and he forced her to meet him by booking her through her work? Ugh.

Even if he is nice, I don't think they match well so far. The girl obviously has a lot of issues and so far, he doesn't seem to be the type to be able to support her. Though this is only the first chapter.

In terms of tropes I just want to point out that at this point the fat guy has legit dated at least one girl, and we'll see about the other main lead. But like any manga, can't tell if its good or not from a first chapter.

Probably Tsuji is either orphan or was raised by single mother and that why he haves very one sided point of view on it.

the touchy feeling grabbyness, the "you're dear to me" for a girl you know nothing about that you rented to look cool in front of your friend.

obviously he'll develop to be better in terms of situations like the friend calling the girl a slut one, but man i dont like his sympathetic pity faces...
