This was possibly one of the most disturbing chapters I've ever sat through reading a manga. Their increasingly jeopardized relationship plus Yokoi's sexual frustration is a recipe for disaster, and the pact they both made a long time ago about remaining abstinent from sex until their relationship improves in a genuinely healthy way only creates restrictive barriers as to what they can really do for self-improvement's sake. I'd argue their relationship has only gotten worse with every chapter since Saito's dad came into the spotlight again.
