Maybe it's just me but I'm kind of curious about what happened to the people in the MC's former life. Not like super indepth just enough for some closure. Like did any of his subordinates care about his death? Did his shitty daughter and wife change or regret anything or did they just find a new man to be a parasite on? Could just be a side chapter, doesn't really need to be in the main story.

I don't think I've finished a single story that Lim Dall-young has been involved in.

This artish got such a great artstyle. The arts look so delicious but feels like it's always wasted on subpar stories.

I figured something was up as soon as I read the name "Agape Exodus" in the goddesses name, specifically.

Agape as a word has a lot of historical use, but they mainly relate to honor and being content and maybe some light affections. It wasn't until christianity arrived that it began to be used for the specific purpose of describing a type love.

Specifically, describing how Jesus said you should be kind and loving to others, regardless of their response to you - an intense self-sacrificial love (I.E. love your enemies, be good to those who persecute/despitefully use you and so on etc. etc.). And Exodus being the Hebrew book in the Torah and Bible for the slaves being freed Egypt.

So at least at the start, the story is all about being unconditionally kind to people, being taken advantage of for it but continuing to do so anyway and in doing so, releasing them from their burdens.

That is some HEAVY themeing if I've ever seen it. The question is, can the author actually make use of it to tell a good story? If so then I'm down for some good "It's ok to be a good person even when life doesn't work out" kinda story. A lot of cynical stories have cropped up over the years so it's good to have one focused on hope and kindness...Even if it will likely all be aimed towards pretty women with chests far bigger than the curvature of the earth.

hell naw. knowing im dall young, this guy’s storytelling is like shounen style that tries to be seinen but it just seems edgy or dramatic for the sake of drama instead (mind you ive read Freezing years ago and tried to get into his later works but gave up). Also, most of his characters are quite the eye candy, to the point that i feel like it focuses more on “plot” than the plot. I dont expect heavy theming like you’re implying.

But take my opinion on his works with a grain of salt, its been awhile since ive read his stuff and usually the cute girls of his always gets me to pick it up for a bit…

Bruh. If I was the MC and a hottie told me that, and my lower half was trying to strike?

Fuck THAT. Better call me Henry Clay Frick with the way I'd be sending in the Pinkertons beating my dick to end the strike.

This is some hot trash but at least it's "hot" as far as the art style goes. Following like usual.

That being said, it is kind of funny that they mention how her arm was literally cut off and show it, but apparently healing magic can reattach/grow it but still require some type of rehab.

I sincerely hope he pulls out of that and does something more, Lord do I ever.
