Partially I think the chapters keep getting shorter and shorter. I wasn't sure if I was just misremembering but yep! the chapters now are MUCH shorter than they used to be. It makes every chapter feel so rushed.

Boy, that went from 0 to 100 in one page! I believe Manhua and Manhwa are usually updated once a week(not here but on their official sources), and so it probably makes sense that sometimes the chapters and the story feel rushed. If I'm right, and the authors are pressured to keep updating on time, then that would be the very cause for the trope of back-and-forth twists every few chapters that I find so irritating.

I just wish the authors took better care of themselves and would take a healthcare break more often, but if you're a starting author it could be difficult as the market seems very competitive nowadays. Don't really want another "Fluttering Feelings" case happening again. RIP Ssamba
