LOL i haven't watched a full kdrama in a while but i can totally imagine this being a real story, if it's not based on an existing kdrama before

LOL is mc's chara gonna go yandere on the 'jerk' male lead? usually stuff like these leads to some love triangles versus the female lead standing on her own two feet/being strong (tho other than being sued and stuff i feel like ex assistants could totally publish stuff shit-talking how monstrous people were working with them)

I think he's originally meant to not be a love interest, but the writing will upgrade him to be one since the character becomes more popular.

I guess it depends b/c it's usually the "Handsome but arrogant jerk male lead" that gets presented as the male lead/love rival to the "childhood friend" (even if MC currently acts like a "bum" but is somehow secretly rich/has powers to pull strings/connections?)

Nah, I bet the arrogant jerk male lead will remain the love interest because of business. You can't just change male leads halfway. At most, MC's character will be upgraded to second male lead which means he won't win.

i don't think there's any hints of 'flirtiness' yet then again kdramas aren't always realistic about the romance but i feel like being threatened by mc's chara would either make him lash out more or just fire her if not just like her somehow finding out they're a psychopath or so (tho i guess so far it's just threatening his career/reputation as opposed to like with gangster connections or so)
