You're telling me the leader, the big man himself, isn't the strongest? Why is he the leader then? I figured this would be a Netero situation. Funny looking old man, but he's actually overpowered. Nope, apparently not. Surely just being smart wouldn't allow for you to be the leader of every single powerful guild in the country, right? That would obviously invite threats by miscreants. That's why the leader should be strong and intelligent. You don't want a weak-willed (or just plain weak) man to lead, he'll inevitably get threatened and have no choice but to bend the knee. Case in point, this chapter.
