Mankovitch is definitely not Russian last name. It's maybe Jewish or something similar to Yugoslavian or Serbian surnames.
@BCS
Seems like her western name is Claudia Mankovitch and Japanese one is Kazamatsuri Shinobu both united in one, but I don't know if she can officially have such long and complex name. Why does she have two different names in the first place? Parents couldn't decide which one to choose: western or Asian?
@cookiemonster people can have as long of names as they want in the US at least, and Shinobu presumably has dual Japan-US citizenship. I’m assuming her first name is Shinobu and her middle name is Claudia, while her actual surname is Kazamatsuri-Mankovitch. Japanese people typically don’t have middle names but I think half-American ones would.
