They didn't mention her name in the comic, but I think this is Shropshire. Strangely, she looks more appealing to me drawn the way she is in this comic than her regular Azur Lane art. If you're curious, the wiki link to her is here:

She's a gunnery focused heavy cruiser that can fire a lot of shots, and has torpedoes as backup. I guess she's not bad to use, but not really amazing either. She's an HMS ship however, so you can throw her into a Queen Elizabeth led HMS fleet until you have someone better.

Shropshire's not my favourite, but honestly, I think she's underrated when it comes to appearences.
