Wtf ? How is that kid out of surgery so soon if he broke a leg ? Even if they somehow managed to set his leg back so fast, he should still be knocked out unless they did the surgery with only local anesthesia. And even then, what kind of hospital let a kid leave so soon after just so he can watch a freaking tennis match ? 
I get the author's intent, but seriously, it only make it looks like Ide and his friends set up the whole "accident" narrative to get the crowd on his side, going as far as hiring some kid and woman to play the injured and nurse roles. XD
