I didn't like two things about this arc: blaming no one when it's clearly the underground people who fucked them over, and explaining Tsukasa's strength and character from his grandfather.
Grandpa's story was great though, also everything else. Even if it was very convenient for the letter to be where it needed to be twice, the presentation made up for it.
