lol i know vietnam is closer to japan than going all the way to america but you'd think they'd find someone bilingual/know some english (b/c i imagine some know to cater to tourists) if not use a language app

well at least it worked out but hopefully that cab driver isn't part of a bigger whatever the Viet equivalent of the yakuza is rather than just trying to get more money from them

tho i'd think tourists would end up spending a lot anyways unless they can haggle but maybe they can rent those mopeds or so
