1) he means she has 'social intelligence'. Ie people skills - which is what you need to be an actor (or successful businessperson)
2) Shujin doesn't care how smart she is - he's selling Saiko a dream, where the three of them are special & going to succeed where most everybody else fails.

wow.. at first I thought he was describing "masking", or how Azuki is actually manipulative because she knows how to play society to her advantage..
but then it became downright misogynistic and fucking shallow when he talked about Iwase.
I'll hold on for a bit and see if all that was just because they're only 14/15 and doesn't know shit yet.
