The premise of this manga that was different from other cooking manga, was that it was an in-depth look at how a kitchen of a high-class Italian place was ran. It wasn't an izakaya or a coffee place; It was an expensive restaurant with a set menu.
i don't mind the interpersonal drama with Asuka, but we're 100 chapters in and the entire first-half of the story has been dedicated to Ban trying to fire a guy who should have been bounced out on his ass the second they realized he was training people with the wrong methods.
