Seems this manga/series was first created on Twitter/X while that version has one "extra" left untranslated, This version, Pixiv/Doujin book version does not have any untranslated extras, Also "罵倒少女"/"Batou Shoujo" also has multiple volumes?/titles? which each have have different characters I think and this is #1 of that, Although the other volumes?/titles?
