It includes baseball practice too. Major League Baseball pitcher Kenta Maeda who's an alumni of PL Gakuen said on one of his YouTube videos that the way he would drink water during practice was by taking ice cubes and placing them under his hat, trying to catch the water that dripped down his head as they melted (he compares it to pachinko), when he couldn't catch and it dripped down his shirt he would suck it out of the shirt when his senpai weren't looking
