Making your students undergo survival situations without letting them know beforehand (or even training them to), and then additionally make them desperate after a kidnapping, is only a recipe for disaster isn't it? Like, running around desperately in mountainous terrain and spraining an ankle, is getting off easy. Then there is stuff like accidentally falling off a cliff, slipping and knocking out teeth or even accruing brain damage, and why not getting lost for real and away from where any teachers expect them to have run so they can't find them before they manage to make themselves even more lost?
