I'm guessing that you're making a joke but I'll say it just in case, - No.
Cultural difference of a sorts. In most asian regions tattoos are associated with "underground", violence & crime affiliations, varying from minor gang's and "hoodlums" all the way up to serious organized crime and/or assassins/hitmen.
In some regions it's to the point where anyone having a tattoo and not being affiliated with any criminal organization, they risk getting taken out (or in the very least get beaten up) by the criminal organizations in the region. There are even some places that they advice tourist with tattoo's not to visit because they'd be in danger due to this.
While the most of the western world has a more laxed view, tattoo's still have a slight stigma in many places.
