Somehow like a typical Korean drama there is a mystery background hinted towards our MC. The system want to push MC towards the Strategic team despite it consist of people who look at status instead of letting him find something that he likes. They make like the team is full of capable elite although those who get there had to have good backgrounds and status ignoring some capable one due to lesser status.
